My Role
As a birth doula, I offer compassionate support during one of your life's most sacred, empowering, and vulnerable moments. I will walk alongside you throughout your pregnancy, birth, and immediate postpartum period, providing emotional, informational, and physical assistance tailored to your needs.

One to two prenatal visits to discuss your birth plan, goals, preferred comfort measures, and your partner's and family's roles during labour

Optional attendance at prenatal visits with your healthcare provider.

On-call availability from 4 days before to 4 days after your due date.

Ongoing contact via phone, email, and in person.

Continuous support during labour and birth, up to 12 hours.

Pricing
The complete package requires a non-refundable deposit of $600 upon signing our agreement, with a remaining balance of $300 due at the postpartum visit.

Postpartum Consultation
Starting at $30
During a postpartum consultation, we discuss your fourth trimester and whether our services, such as breastfeeding support, infant care, physical and emotional support, and sibling support, are a good fit for you and your family. A consultation may take 1 to 2 hours.
Postpartum Support
Daytime $25/hour with minimum 2 hour shift
Evening $30/hour with minimum 3 hour shift
Sometimes, we need a little help during the postpartum period, the fourth trimester. We are available to support you with feeding, light house chores, gathering groceries, folding laundry, infant care, physical and emotional support, and sibling support. This two to three-hour block of support can help you with peace or organization in your busy life with your newborn.
