Birth Doula Services
Complete Package $1,200
I provide continuous, non-clinical support through pregnancy, labour, and the early postpartum period.
My role is to support you in understanding your options, thinking through decisions, and navigating your experience in a way that reflects your preferences and circumstances.
This work includes both preparation and in-the-moment support. Some people want detailed information. Others want a steady presence. Most need a combination of both.

Scope of support

This is non-clinical support.
I do not provide medical care or replace your care provider. I support you in understanding information, asking questions, and making decisions that feel right for you.
Labour support begins in active labour. Early labour support may be provided remotely.
Payment

$600 deposit to secure your booking

$600 balance due before your due date
Payment plans are available.
Birth Doula Services
Spontaneous Support
$800
Sometimes things change close to your due date, and you may find yourself wanting more support than you had planned for.
If you are within a few days of giving birth and feel that having a doula with you would help you feel more steady, you are welcome to reach out. If I am available, I will do my best to support you.

Availability
Because this is short-notice support, availability cannot be guaranteed. If I am already supporting another client, I may not be able to attend.​

Scope of support
This is non-clinical support. I do not provide medical care or replace your care provider.
Postpartum Support
Initial consultation: free (30 minutes)
Daytime: $30 per hour (minimum 2 hours)
Evening or overnight: $40 per hour (minimum 3 hours)
Postpartum support is focused on helping you adjust to life with your baby.
The initial consultation is a 30-minute conversation to determine whether this support is a good fit and what type of care may be helpful.
If additional time is requested beyond the initial consultation, it is billed at the standard hourly rate.

Scope of support
​
This service is non-clinical and support-based. It is focused on supporting you as you recover and adjust.
Childcare or babysitting is not in this scope.
