As your birth doula, I provide continuous emotional, physical, and informational support that’s tailored to your unique birth journey. From our first conversation through postpartum recovery, I walk alongside you with compassion, evidence-based care, and deep respect for your wishes. My role is to help you feel strong, heard, and fully supported — every step of the way.

🌼 Support Includes:
• A personal, respectful relationship and full confidentiality
• One to 4 prenatal visits to prepare birth preferences, practice comfort techniques, and explore support systems
• Optional attendance at prenatal healthcare appointments
• Guidance in creating a birth plan that reflects your values and choices
• On-call availability beginning 4 days before and continuing 4 days after your due date
• Phone, email, and in-person support as needed
• Continuous in-person labour and birth support (up to 12 hours)
• Creative, evidence-based comfort measures and emotional support
• One postpartum visit to reflect, check in on recovery, and offer newborn care support

• $900 deposit due upon signing (non-refundable)
• $700 balance due at the second and final postpartum visit

Birth Doula Services - Spontaneous Support
Spontaneous Support Investment: $800
🌿 Spontaneous Birth Doula Support
Sometimes life unfolds in unexpected ways — and that’s perfectly okay. If you are within 3 to 5 days of your due date and suddenly feel that extra support would bring you peace of mind, I offer spontaneous doula care for families who hadn’t planned for a doula but now feel drawn to the presence of someone calm, capable, and kind.

Whether you’re feeling uncertain, overwhelmed, or simply want a nurturing advocate by your side, please reach out. If I’m not already supporting another family, I’ll do my very best to be there for you. This new offering has been created in response to heartfelt requests from families like yours.

This service includes:

A brief phone or virtual intake to understand your wishes

On-call availability once booking and payment are received

Continuous emotional, physical, and informational support during active labour and birth (in-hospital or with a registered midwifery care)

One to two postpartum check-in visits

Short birth documentation/story (if my time allows)

Postpartum Support
During a postpartum consultation, we discuss your fourth trimester and which services, such as breastfeeding support, infant care, physical and emotional support, are a good fit for you and your family. Baby-sitting is not considered part of my postpartum doula spectrum.
An initial 20 minute consultation is free. After that, the $40 per hour rate applies.
Postpartum Support Investment
Daytime $30 per hour with minimum 2 hour shift
Evening/Overnight $40 per hour with minimum 3 hour shift
Sometimes, we need a little help during the postpartum period, the fourth trimester. We are available to support you with feeding, light house chores, gathering groceries, folding laundry, infant care, physical and emotional support, and sibling support. This two to three-hour block of support can help you with peace or organization in your busy life with your newborn.
