I do what?!​
I am a Certified Yuen Method Practitioner and Instructor. I delete weaknesses that prevent you from feeling your best, being all that you are. What awesomeness are you missing out on!
Is it magic?

But alas, it is not magic. We use the Yuen Method, named for Dr. Kam Yuen, and the results are real. We can also teach you to strengthen weaknesses.
What do you want?
​​Allergy relief, less tension, better health? Your energy may not support what you want or what you are doing in your life. Try deleting your weaknesses with Yuen Method, and strengthen yourself to what you do want. ​​

How much is it?
Not a contact sport
Your initial session is one hour. After this, you may choose 60 or 30 minutes. While we enjoy face-to-face appointments for local clientele, telephone and Skype consultations are available.
​- Initial session, for new clients, is $120.
- Secondary session is $60 for one hour.
- Secondary session is $30 for half an hour.
While we love to watch a good football game, Saskatchewan Roughriders are our favourite team, the Yuen Method is hands-free.
